The controller of the data collected through this website is Overall Media S.r.l., part of the gruppo Overall. For any request regarding your data, you can write to privacy@overallmedia.it.
2. Personal data processed
Through this website we process:
- Navigation data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time — collected automatically by server systems and logs for the operation and security of the site.
- Data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as described in the Cookie Policy, activated only with your prior consent (except technical ones).
- Data you voluntarily provide, for example when you write to us by e-mail: your e-mail address and the content of your message.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Provision and security of the site — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Aggregate usage statistics (e.g. Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager) — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Marketing and campaign measurement, where enabled — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
- Responding to requests received by e-mail — legal basis: pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6.1.b/f GDPR).
4. Purchasing the pass on okTicket
The purchase buttons link to the online ticketing platform okTicket (okticket.it), where the entire transaction takes place. The processing of purchase and payment data is governed by the privacy policy of okTicket and its service operators; this website only directs the user to the sales page and does not collect payment data.
5. Third-party services
The site uses Google Tag Manager and, within it, analytics tools by Google (Google Ireland Ltd.), activated only after your consent and under Consent Mode. These services may involve the transfer of data to third countries (e.g. the United States) on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or the Data Privacy Framework). Hosting is provided by a professional provider that processes data as a data processor on our behalf.
6. Retention period
Navigation data and logs are kept for the time strictly necessary for technical and security purposes. Cookie-related data is kept for the duration indicated in the Cookie Policy. E-mails are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with any legal obligations.
7. Your rights
As a data subject you have the right, within the limits of the law, to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it;
- request its rectification or erasure;
- request the restriction of processing or object to it;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing;
- request data portability;
- lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
